Refund policy

Every blanket is made to order and personalized with your photo, so each one is unique to you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for errors in the photo or text you provided (such as misspellings or low-resolution images). Please review your design proof carefully before approving it — nothing is printed until you do.

We stand behind the quality of every keepsake. If your order arrives with a printing defect, a manufacturing flaw, or shipping damage, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Simply email us a clear photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
